Storm damage cleanup · Charleston, SC

Storm damage cleanup in Charleston.

When a storm gets in, the clock starts. We tarp and board up to stop more water, extract and dry what got in, and document it all for your carrier, so the damage stops spreading while you sort out the rest.

Water spreads by the hour. We stop the clock.

An open roof or broken window lets water in by the hour. Tarping and drying fast limits the loss.

How we handle it

Stop the water. Dry it out. Document it.

  1. 1

    Emergency board-up & tarp

We secure breached roofs, windows, and walls to stop more water and weather from getting in.

  2. 2

    Extract storm water

Standing water and saturation from flooding or roof intrusion are pumped and extracted fast.

  3. 3

    Dry the structure

Air movers and dehumidifiers bring materials back to dry, verified with moisture readings.

  4. 4

    Document for your claim

Photos, readings, and a scoped report give your adjuster a clear picture of the loss.

Storm damage questions

Do you repair the roof or rebuild the structure?
We're a mitigation company, not a rebuild contractor. We stop the water with tarping and board-up, dry the structure, and document everything, then hand off cleanly to your roofer or general contractor for permanent repairs.
Is storm flooding covered by my insurance?
It depends on the cause and your policy. Wind-driven rain and a tree through the roof are often covered by homeowners insurance, while rising surface floodwater usually falls under separate flood coverage. We document the source carefully so the right claim can be filed.
How soon should I call after a storm?
As soon as it's safe. Every hour an opening stays unsealed, more water gets in and spreads. Fast tarping and drying is the single biggest thing that limits how far the damage goes.

Storm water won't wait. Neither should you.
