Insurance claims

We handle the claim, not just the cleanup.

Filing a claim is its own kind of stress. We document the damage, bill your insurer directly, and work with your adjuster, so you focus on your home, not paperwork, and pay only your deductible.

How it works

Your claim, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Call us first

We document the damage correctly from the first hour, which protects your claim.

  2. 2

    We document everything

Photos, moisture readings, and a full scope: your claim-ready packet within 24 hours.

  3. 3

    We bill your insurer directly

You pay only your deductible on a covered claim. No fronting the cost.

  4. 4

    We work with your adjuster

We speak their language and justify the scope, so covered work gets covered.

  5. 5

    You stay in the loop

Updates at every step. No surprises, no guesswork.

We work with any insurance carrier.

Whoever you’re insured with, we bill them directly. There’s no approved-vendor or preferred-contractor list you have to match. You choose us, and we handle the carrier from there.

Know before you file

Flood and water damage aren’t the same.

Your standard homeowner’s policy usually covers sudden internal water, like a burst pipe. Flooding from outside, such as storm surge or a rising tide, typically needs separate flood coverage. In Charleston, that line matters more than almost anywhere.

Common questions

Do I have to use the company my insurer recommends?

No. You have the right to choose any licensed restoration company you trust. Your insurer's recommendation is a suggestion, not a requirement.

Will I pay anything out of pocket?

On a covered claim, usually just your deductible.

Do you service all of South Carolina?

We provide damage mitigation statewide across South Carolina. Our fastest, rapid-response coverage is the Charleston Tri-County area; beyond it we mobilize for mitigation as well.

Do you respond outside the Charleston area?

Yes. We offer 60-minute emergency response within the Charleston Tri-County, and mitigation coverage statewide beyond it, though we don't promise a 60-minute arrival outside the Tri-County.

What if my claim is denied or underpaid?

As a homeowner, it's your responsibility to mitigate the loss and prevent further damage, regardless of coverage.

The sooner we document, the stronger your claim.
