- How long until my carpet is dry?
- Most carpet is dry within several hours after a hot-water extraction, depending on fiber, humidity, and airflow. We groom the pile and can stage air movers to speed it up so it isn't damp underfoot for long.
- Can you remove old, set-in stains?
- Many lift completely; some that have permanently dyed or damaged the fiber won't. We'll tell you up front what's realistic for a given stain rather than promising a result we can't guarantee.
- Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
- Yes. We use treatments appropriate for occupied homes, and once the carpet is dry the area is ready for normal use. If you have specific sensitivities, let us know and we'll plan around them.
