- Are you IICRC-certified, licensed, and insured?
Yes. Our technicians are IICRC-certified and Restorify is licensed and insured in South Carolina. We'll provide credentials and certificates of insurance on request.
- Do you bill carriers directly?
Yes. We bill the carrier directly, scope to Xactimate, and keep the policyholder out of the middle of payment on covered mitigation work.
- What documentation do you provide for the claim file?
Photos, moisture and psychrometric readings, equipment logs, and a full mitigation scope, typically in the file within 24 hours of the first visit.
- Are you part of a TPA or preferred-vendor network?
No. We are not a TPA or preferred-vendor network member. We work directly with carriers, adjusters, agents, and policyholders as an independent, IICRC-certified mitigation contractor.
- Do you service all of South Carolina?
We provide damage mitigation statewide across South Carolina. Rapid 60-minute response is the Charleston Tri-County area; beyond it we mobilize crews for mitigation.
- Do you respond outside the Charleston area?
Yes, for mitigation, statewide. We commit to 60-minute response only inside the Charleston Tri-County; outside it we mobilize as fast as crew availability allows, without promising a 60-minute arrival.
